The short version
Email info@sceawere.com from the address connected to your account. Include the order or invoice reference if you have it.
Refund eligibility
- First paid charge: a request sent within 14 calendar days is eligible for a full refund.
- Duplicate or incorrect charge: contact us so the billing record can be reviewed and corrected.
- Service not supplied: if a paid service cannot be provided, we will assess an appropriate refund or credit based on the circumstances and applicable law.
- Mandatory rights: refunds required by consumer law remain available even if they fall outside this voluntary policy.
Renewal charges
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date shown in your order or account information. Renewal charges are not covered by the voluntary first-purchase refund window.
If you believe a renewal was charged after a timely cancellation, was duplicated, or is otherwise incorrect, email us promptly. We will review the billing record and apply any remedy required by the contract or law.
Free trials
A free trial can be cancelled before its stated end date to avoid the first paid charge. The trial length, first charge date, billing interval, and price should be shown before you subscribe.
If a paid charge follows the trial, the 14-day first-charge refund window begins on the date of that charge.
How to request a refund
- Email us from the address associated with your account.
- State that you want to cancel and request a refund.
- Include the order, receipt, or invoice reference if available.
- Do not email full card numbers, passwords, or other authentication secrets.
We will confirm receipt and may ask for information needed to identify the transaction or verify account ownership. Approval and return timing depend on eligibility, the payment method, the payment provider, and the customer's financial institution.
Cancelling a subscription
To stop future renewal, email info@sceawere.com from your account email. Your message should clearly state that you want to cancel the subscription.
Unless a refund is granted or law requires otherwise, paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. A cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund past charges.
Payment processing
Payments and refunds may be processed by an authorised payment provider. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Provider and bank processing times vary, and Sceawere cannot control when a financial institution posts the credit.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Rules for digital services can depend on the customer's location, whether performance began during a statutory cancellation period, and any consent or acknowledgement given at checkout.
See the Terms of Service for subscription and automatic-renewal terms.
